About this role
Responsable de diseñar, implementar y controlar los parámetros técnicos de perforación y voladura, incluyendo la elaboración de mallas de perforación, definición de burden y espaciamiento, control de desviación de taladros, seguimiento de carguío y análisis de resultados de voladura, con el objetivo de obtener una fragmentación óptima, minimizar la dilución y sobre rotura, optimizar los costos operativos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, seguridad y calidad de la operación minera.
