About this role
Main purpose Manage the financial and operational side of Trafigura's time chartered and owned fleet, bridging commercial operations and finance. Reconcile high-value hire and invoices, resolve disputes and report on voyage performance to protect shipping profitability. Key responsibilities Review, process and reconcile invoices for Time Charter and Owned Fleet vessels. Review and negotiate off-hire and underperformance disputes under Time Charter Parties, in collaboration with the Operations Department. Monitor and manage payables and receivables in line with charter party agreements. Complete final hire reconciliation statements and manage TC relet-out invoicing. Process internal recharges and invoices for accounting purposes.…
