Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY TransMedics was founded to address the unmet need for more and better organs for transplantation. The Donor Assessment Coordinator is part of TransMedics' NOP program and plays a critical role in donor offer screening, clinical evaluation, communication, and coordination with TransMedics partners, resulting in better utilization of donor organs. RESPONSIBILITIES Screen organ offers from the OPTN contractor in accordance with Transplant Center protocols and workflows. Effectively communicate with Transplant Center teams, OPO staff, recipients, operating room (OR) teams, and internal TransMedics teams.
