Job Title: Vendor Management and Renewals Lead Commercial Strategy, Renewals & Contract Operations About the Role We are seeking a commercially minded Vendor Management and Renewals Lead to partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Legal to drive successful customer renewals and commercial outcomes across our enterprise customer base. This is not a traditional renewals role. We are looking for someone with a background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, commercial operations, or contract management who understands how sophisticated enterprise buyers evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial risk.
