About this role

The Payroll Analyst will assist with the processing and coordination all aspects of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for over 3,000 employees in the US & Canada Description Processes weekly & bi-weekly payroll, reports, reconciliations, year-end procedures and W-2’s for multi-state employees. Ensures the accurate processing of all mandatory and voluntary deductions as well as garnishments, liens, direct deposit requests, 401K loans, etc. Responds to inquiries and verifications for unemployment and other payroll-related data. Maintains related records, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management. Ensures legal compliance in completing all paperwork including all Federal, State and Local laws regarding payroll administration.…
