OVERVIEW This role reports to the Solutions Engineering Team Lead. Solutions Engineer II (SE II) at TransPerfect are passionate about product development, business analysis to scope of the requirements for new features and enhancements and release management. DESCRIPTION Work with Service Desk Analysts and Solutions Engineers to resolve Trial Interactive system Service Desk tickets. Handle escalations from Level 1 Service Desk Support. Assist with data migration with pre-defined utilities and processes. Work on Post Deployment Testing after a new version deployments for applications. Assist Solutions Engineers in building large scale, high availability systems for Enterprise Life Sciences clients. Create custom eLearning videos internally and for clients – on the eTMF and SSU modules.…
