About this role
You will be part of the Operations team that demonstrates a high level of technical ability, delivering mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. The Operations team maintains Trayport’s core application platforms, both on-premise and cloud along with having deployment, maintenance and observability responsibilities for several of them. You will be responsible for the deployments of core applications, both on prem and cloud, ensure they are completed in a timely manner and the system is operational ahead of market opening. You will be acting as a key point of contact for the regional client support teams, providing escalation support where necessary and assisting with incident investigation and resolution.…
