Support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial solar and energy assets. Monitor existing solar systems using performance data, alerts, equipment history, and technical documentation. Investigate and troubleshoot solar system issues remotely before determining whether field service is required. Identify opportunities to resolve issues through remote resets, recommissioning, communication corrections, or manufacturer support. Determine when technician dispatch is necessary due to safety concerns, equipment failure, production loss, or limited remote visibility. Coordinate service activities with clients, vendors, technicians, manufacturers, and internal teams.
