About this role

We're looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to build, QA and ship our reactive comms calendar and support key commercial moments across 14 markets and languages. Reporting to our B2C CRM Manager, you will create briefs and turn them into flawlessly executed campaigns in Braze - on time, correctly targeted, correctly localised. You'll work at pace on time-sensitive sends, coordinate creative production, making sure customers get the right message at the right time. 🧐 You will be responsible for: Campaign build and delivery : Build broadcast campaigns end to end in Braze - templates, segments, workflows, personalisation logic and scheduling - across email, push, in-app and content cards.…
