About Trexquant: Trexquant is a systematic investment firm focused on building the research and trading infrastructure required to discover and deploy quantitative strategies across global markets. Our mission is to build a platform that enables researchers to backtest and implement almost any type of cross-region and cross-asset alpha idea. We want researchers to be able to move efficiently from an investment hypothesis to simulation, evaluation, and ultimately production trading. Achieving this requires much more than building a backtester.
