About this role
TrexQuant is seeking a senior alpha producer to serve as Co-Head of Quantitative Research in our India office. This is a player-coach role for a proven researcher with a demonstrated track record of generating profitable, scalable equity and derivatives alpha. The mandate is simple: increase alpha production while helping scale and elevate the research platform locally. You will work alongside the current India Head of Research, sharing leadership responsibilities as the team expands. Production credibility is essential — this is not a pure managerial oversight role.
