About this role

We are looking for a "high-level thinker" who can work independently. You will be responsible for gathering information from builder websites and documents to create accurate property listings. The most important part of this role is your ability to problem-solve. You should be able to navigate websites to find missing details and interpret basic house features from floor plans without needing step-by-step instructions for every task. Responsibilities Asset Retrieval: Proactively visit external builder websites to identify and "grab" necessary marketing assets, technical specs, and property details.
