About this role
Responsibilities Field Technical Support & Troubleshooting Act as second-level technical support for the FSE Supervisor and FSE Crew within the assigned zone, engaging when a fault or incident exceeds field-level troubleshooting capability. Diagnose root cause of recurring or complex faults across BESS systems — batteries, PCS/inverters, BMS/EMS, HVAC and balance-of-plant equipment. Escalate to the OEM/equipment manufacturer when a fault exceeds local resolution capacity, and track the case through to closure. Support incident response and root-cause analysis jointly with the FSE Supervisor, defining and tracking corrective actions within contractual response times.…
