About this role

Duties May Include Design, develop, and support cloud initiatives to address customer-driven needs; manage multiple environments as a Linux SME ensuring compliance with security services and applications. Communicate and mitigate operational issues as received; proactively identify root cause analysis (RCA) of baseline issues and establish feedback loops to the development team. Review user metrics, system health, and overall performance; implement proactive measures to support operational availability as the SME. Provide deployment support as a product SME; perform backfill tasking and develop/maintain troubleshooting script and playbook-based automation processes as necessary.…
