As our in-house technical formulation expert, you’ll partner with external labs, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable, compliant, and cutting-edge skincare and colour cosmetics. You’ll own formulation development across our full portfolio while optimizing our technical governance and processes.
