About this role
THE ROLE
As Head of Real Estate & Facilities, you'll own the physical footprint behind Rips. Every pack ripped in the app is backed by real inventory that has to be stored, sorted, and shipped. Today that runs out of a single site, and volume keeps climbing.
Over the next several years we'll stand up many more sites on both coasts, leased and purchased. You'll find the space, close the deal, run the buildout, and hand a working facility to the operations team.
This is a builder role. You'll be walking sites, negotiating with brokers and landlords, working purchase agreements with legal, designing floor layouts and blueprints, and on the floor with general contractors bringing them to life.…
