This is not an agency role. You're joining the brand, working directly with the founders and operators, and building something long-term. The opportunity here is rare: you'll be working alongside high-level operators who will actively copy chief your work, sharpen your strategy thinking, and teach you systems that are scaling accounts past $100k/day.
