About this role

KM2 ABOUT THIS POSITION The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support to T. Rowe Price’s business operations across APAC, EMEA and Canada, with a primary focus on EMEA. He/she will work closely with the Legal teams based in London and Luxembourg, as well as other members of the EMEA and APAC Global Legal Advisory teams, in supporting funds, separate accounts, registration and related matters. The role will involve a wide variety of predominantly asset management assignments, with core coverage in EMEA, with occasional support in wider APAC, EMEA and Canada matters. The successful candidate will receive supervision but may be required to work independently in some cases and, in due course, may be responsible for final document negotiations.…
