ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team delivering AI and automation solutions directly into customer environments. You will own deployments from workflow discovery through go-live, helping operational teams improve complex processes with production-ready AI agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead customer deployments from kickoff through launch, managing delivery and customer relationships end to end.
- Map customer workflows, identify automation opportunities, and address process issues or deployment blockers.
- Translate business logic into agent behaviors, including actions, decision rules, exception paths, and fallbacks.
