About this role
DEINE AUFGABEN Du unterstützt unser HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lebenszyklus - vom Onboarding über Vertragsänderungen bis hin zum Offboarding. Du arbeitest mit dem Team an der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse und digitalen Personalakten mit Dabei unterstützt Du uns, Abläufe effizienter, transparenter, nutzerfreundlicher und skalierbarer zu gestalten. Du hilfst uns dabei, alle HR-relevanten Daten in unseres digitalen HR-Tools zu erfassen und strukturiert aufzubereiten Du übernimmst außerdem kleineren eigene Projekte (z.B.…
