Lead ESS Technician

TSC is seeking a Lead Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Technician in Huntsville, AL Key Responsibilities: Lead a group of technicians through guidance and mentorship. Schedule, perform, and delegate environmental testing. Conduct vibration and thermal environmental tests on hardware and electronics assemblies in accordance with program requirements and/or written test procedures. Properly handle and process electronic assemblies using established ESD control practices and procedures to prevent foreign object debris/damage (FOD). Set up, operate, and maintain specialized vibration and thermal test equipment, following detailed work instructions and calibration standards.
