About the Role: Tubi is seeking a Director, Creator Growth to own the strategy and execution of our scaled creator acquisition program: this role builds the systems that bring creators to Tubi at scale. You'll design acquisition processes, set the performance standards for the long-tail portfolio, and partner closely with our product team to remove friction from onboarding and content delivery. You'll also connect the scaled pipeline to the broader creator strategy, ensuring top-performing non-exclusive creators are identified and elevated for deeper partnership consideration.
