Director of Recruiting

This role will support and oversee recruiting efforts working closely with leadership and hiring managers to help find great people for our growing teams. This role will be involved in all areas of the hiring process, including sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, and onboarding. We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, proactive, and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and positions. Meet with leadership and hiring managers on hiring priorities.
