About this role
About the team The Subrogation Supervisor oversees a team of Subrogation Processors responsible for addressing subrogation demands and submitting them to the appropriate party. The team reviews demands, analyzes available property damage liability limits, calculates prorated offers based on assessed liability and the merits of each file, and secures appropriate releases for subrogation. This role is responsible for driving team performance, developing employees, ensuring compliance, and delivering successful recovery outcomes.
