About this role

This job is fully Remote! Clear and excellent English communication skills required. A recorded self-interview is required to apply for this role, apply only if you are willing to accomplish the self-interview. Lead tutor onboarding and ongoing coaching so K–12 students—including those with IEPs/504s—receive high‑quality, data‑driven instruction. What You’ll Do Onboard tutors: Prepare them for the first session, show them how to navigate curriculum/assessments, review Learning Plans (LPs). Coach SPED strategies: Autism, ADHD, ELL, behavior supports; implement IEP/504 accommodations.
