About TVG-Medulla is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems, workforce reporting, and people analytics across the organization. This role will work heavily within Paychex and partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate reporting, maintain workforce data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to turn HR data into clear, actionable reporting. This position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience working with HRIS and reporting tools. HRIS & Workforce Reporting Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports using Paychex and SmartRecruiters ATS.…
