About TVG-Medulla LLC is seeking Wellness Event Coordinators (WEC) for our corporate location in Oak Brook, IL. Our Wellness Event Coordinators work within our sales department to ensure the success of Chiro One Wellness Center’s patient acquisition events by confirming event details (such as date, time location, set-up instructions), processing payments for sponsorship fees, and identifying and prospecting new event opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. The WEC manages essential communications between the Business Development Team (who schedule the events), the Wellness Sales Representatives (WSR) team (who execute the events), and the Client to maintain customer satisfaction and event success.…
