What we’re looking for Around 3 years or more of professional full stack development experience . Hands-on production experience with React, TypeScript , and Tailwind CSS. This is the core of the role . Backend experience in Python, or the clear ability to pick it up quickly . Respect for UI and UX ( user interface and user experience ) work . You do not need to be a designer , but you take design feedback seriously and you give the details the time they need . The ability to own a feature end to end: the data model , the API, the interface, and the tests . Comfort with Linux, Git , and a CI pipeline . Strong written and spoken English. German is a plus.…
