About this role
What we’re looking for We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Workshop Technician to take ownership of our mechanical workshop and help turn ideas into real, testable hardware quickly. This role is central to how we build, prototype, repair, adapt, and improve physical systems. You will be responsible for keeping the workshop running smoothly, ensuring tools, machines, materials, and build processes are ready when needed, and helping create a workshop environment that is organized, safe, efficient, and built for fast iteration. You will work closely with the hardware team, joining build-planning discussions to understand what needs to be made, how best to make it, and what tools, fixtures, parts, or processes are required.…
