Responsible for monitoring machines as needed an notifying Supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns. Responsible for recognizing, removing, and discarding systemic diseased birds and or/viscera packages, removal of parts due to disease and contamination, removing birds from the line for reprocessing due to defects. Trimming disease and contamination from the product as necessary.
