Job Details: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented in-house Counsel to serve as a strategic partner to our growing India IT office, which supports enterprise-wide initiatives, as well as the opportunity to engage with other legal interests of the Tyson Foods enterprise in the market and region. This role will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal support across commercial transactions, human resources, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial contracting (including SaaS and IT agreements), employment and labor law, and regulatory risk management, while operating effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.…
