Belly Feeder PR03 - Vernon, TX

Job Details: Bellies are placed on conveyors to be injected with cure. Must keep the line fed with enough bellies to keep them end to end but any overlap must be less than the width of a normal fist or 4 inches. Watch for any bones or ribs left in bellies. Insert comb into the belly. Bellies are then picked up 2 at a time shoulder height to hang on trees. Trees are weighed on scale 4 at a time, weights are documented then pushed into a drip cooler. Loaded trees are placed in drip coolers until loaded in a smokehouse. Bellies weigh from 15-30 lbs. once injected. REQUIREMENTS Must be willing and able to rotate job positions per department schedule. Must be willing and able to work in other departments as needed according to production requirements.…
