About this role

Job Details: Job Summary: Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician Lead, will assist the FSQA Leadership in supervising shift inspectors and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Specification Adherence. Your key responsibilities will include: • Coordinating the activities of the FSQA Technicians and directly addressing issues with the appropriate members of supervision. • Ensuring safety in all aspects, including personal safety and food safety. • Handling additional assignments as requested. This position involves working with beef, poultry, and pork products, as well as other ingredients that may be potential allergens. Pay: $29.30/hr Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm), 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 4pm-2am). May require weekends and overtime as needed.…
