Job Details: The Inspector/Sorter Labor position is responsible for inspecting poultry products throughout the production process to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with USDA and company standards. Team members evaluate carcasses and parts for defects, contamination, or other condemnable conditions and take appropriate action to ensure only wholesome products continue through the production process. Essential Functions Inspect poultry products for quality, wholesomeness, and food safety requirements. Identify and remove products that do not meet USDA or Tyson Foods standards. Sort, trim, rework, or dispose of product as required. Monitor product flow and maintain production line efficiency.…
