About this role

Job Details: Position Summary The Loading Dock Lead is responsible for supporting daily Shipping and Receiving operations while ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, SSOP, food safety, quality, and safety standards. This position assists with department setup, staffing assignments, workflow coordination, equipment operation, and team member support. The Lead serves as a resource for production employees and may assume supervisory responsibilities during supervisor absences. Pay is $21.95 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential Essential Functions and Responsibilities Set up and prepare the department for daily operations.
