Maintenance Generalist Lead (1st Shift) Sedalia Plant

Job Details: This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Must have very good communication skills and be able to lead a group of team members and or contractors to accomplish preventative maintenance, equipment repairs and rebuilds, also needs to be able to communicate with production managers and team members in order to meet the daily production and productivity needs.…
