Job Details: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance and refrigeration operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of processing equipment and facility systems. This role directs the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while driving operational excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Manager provides leadership and support to maintenance supervisors and technicians, coordinates with contractors, vendors, and engineering teams on equipment installations and modifications, and resolves complex technical issues involving processing systems and equipment.…
