Job Details: Job Summary The Reworker Labor Team Member is responsible for reworking poultry products to ensure product quality and maximize yield while maintaining food safety and production standards. This position plays a key role in identifying, sorting, processing, and reintroducing approved products back into the production process. Team members must work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. Essential Functions Retrieve and process product designated for rework according to plant procedures. Inspect and sort product to ensure compliance with quality standards. Open packages and remove products for reprocessing as needed. Dispose of packaging materials and waste in designated containers.…
