The Sr Supervisor Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) role involves overseeing food safety programs, micro and chemistry labs, specification adherence, and product quality within your assigned facility. Reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will handle special projects, departmental budgets, turnover, and safety. Responsibilities Daily Oversight: Manage production practices including raw material receiving requirements, preoperational and operational sanitation, finished product quality, and Food Safety Systems.
