Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with quality standards set to guarantee wholesome and quality products. This will be accomplished by ensuring all Tyson Food Safety and Quality Assurance Policies Procedures are followed; establishing, monitoring, verification, and documentation activities to ensure compliance to product specifications as well as adherence to FSIS and FDA regulations. Supervise the Quality Systems Management Technicians and lead plant operations to ensure compliance with beef product specifications.
