Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the set up and tear down of casing, hang sausage, and links. Responsibilities: Rotate around the table and complete all jobs on the stuffing tables including: Set up and tear down casing table. Flush casings onto horns. Move up to 40 pounds of casings from casing runner to stuffing table. Pull coils out of turntable. Break and fix holes/tie knots to best utilize casings. Match coils for hangars to get 14-16 loops per stick.…
