Job Details: Position Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of production, quality, and yield, while maintaining the safest working environment possible. The position requires a solid understanding of production processes, accurate record-keeping, line maintenance, and effective staffing. Key Responsibilities: Review daily production orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements. Oversee morning exercises and job rotation to support Team Member ergonomics and well-being. Ensure all machinery operates at peak performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
