Job Details: These positions require advanced skills and experience in a production environment. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Examples of positions include: Gutters, Neck Bone Raisers, Rib Pullers, Mule Drivers, and Forklift Operators. Essential Job Functions: Perform skilled processing tasks involving pork products, including cutting, trimming, deboning, and product handling. Safely operate knives, saws, forklifts, and other processing or material-handling equipment, as required by the position. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Move, transport, and handle products and materials throughout the production process.…
