Responsibilities: Weigh/load product into and out of smokehouses/steam boxes/chills as well as move product into and out of smokehouses/steam boxes/chills. Mark house number/day code letter on product identification/rack tags. Make sure product is properly spaced on the racks and racks properly positioned in smokehouses/steam boxes.…
