Essential Functions: Characteristic duties and responsibilities of the Associate Director, Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) include: Advise the Panhellenic, National Pan-Hellenic & Interfraternity Councils; advise individual fraternity and sorority chapters; advise Gamma Sigma Alpha, Ordre of Omega & Rho Lambda Assist organizations in developing, coordinating and upholding policies and procedures; establish specialized training & personalized assistance to organizations; maintain accurate records of chapter membership, recruitment statistics, service hours, and scholarship; management of Office RooConnect page, including update of forms, files and resources Supervise and provide an educational experience to two (2) student staff within the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life Assist in…
