Associate Manager (Req #: 2635) Schedule: Full Time Work Type: On-site Salary Type: Salary About the Role The Associate Manager manages a team while designing, executing, and reporting on standard work processes to maintain transportation solutions for accuracy and efficiency. This Associate Manager is a working manager, with approximately 30% production work and 70% management. The team is responsible for the on-time delivery of customer freight while controlling costs and providing excellent internal customer communication. He/she is expected to participate in and/or lead carrier negotiations. The ideal candidate can use statistical data to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
