Dabei lieferst du selbst, führst Product, Engineering und Growth fachlich. Du identifizierst die wertvollsten Probleme im operativen Geschäft und entwickelst daraus Lösungen, die sich im realen Einsatz bewähren und anschließend skalieren lassen. Du verantwortest den gesamten Weg von der Problemwahl über Prototyp und Pilot bis zur dauerhaften Umsetzung – und führst Product, Engineering, Marketing dafür zusammen.…
