Deine Mission bei ucm: Du bist der direkte Draht des CEO in die gesamte Organisation und zur Foundry. Du übersetzt Richtung in Umsetzung, treibst abteilungsübergreifende Initiativen und baust aktiv an der Struktur und den Arbeitsweisen des Unternehmens. Du bringst die Infrastruktur aus der Foundry in die Organisation und sorgst dafür, dass aus Strategie funktionierende Systeme werden. Erfolg heißt: Nach sechs bis zwölf Monaten landen abteilungsübergreifende Initiativen verlässlich, das Betriebssystem des Unternehmens wird spürbar besser, und der Draht zwischen CEO, Departments und Foundry trägt.…
