UFP Factory Built is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers. This position plays an important role in the customer order process. You'll be responsible for entering and maintaining sales orders, responding to customer questions and concerns, and coordinating with our production and shipping teams when orders require changes, adjustments, or additional attention.
