Job Summary The Customer Service Representative - Packaging Distribution is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as a customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits both internally and externally. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Works directly with customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal operations to ensure adequate stocking levels of product.
